Dragon Ball Z x Kao

This is the single greatest piece of Dragon Ball media I have ever watched. I cried multiple times while watching this. I will be recommending this to everyone I've ever talked to in hopes they are as inspired by this as I am. I feel honored to have viewed this. The story plays out smoothly, and the art style definitely fits with the story. The characters are definitely well rounded and interact delightfully. Vegeta finding strength in this clip was so inspiring to watch. The characters were definitely acting realistically. I think others will enjoy watching this, as it's an inspiring story.

It is a funny commercial. It is a good commercial. It is a commercial with Vegeta in it. That is all I can say. It does it's job. It uses the Super style, which I think fits the meta bizarreness of a cleaning soap Dragon Ball cross over. Obviously the characters are little ooc, but again for a silly little commercial that is perfectly fine. Unless you are a fan of Dragon Ball, or just silly things in general, this is not for you. For what it is, I give it a 7. Probably won't go out of my way to watch again though.

A (semi) serious review for this crossover ad.

If you are major Dragon Ball fan like myself, this is the sort of ments you would actually be excited to watch when it comes on.

But I leave my bias out of my reviews.

First up, the animation is horrendous. There's no excuse this time, considering that they didn't have a time crunch for this 30 seconds ment with only 20 seconds of animation, they could've taken their time. This is a criticism of the higher ups who rushed this ad, not the animators themselves. Most of it is still frames and they STILL managed to make ... character look off model. The final flash is just a standard one colour beam with no depth.

Second, as with almost every advertisment, the actual product is not d. Bulma just holds up the product during the last 3 seconds without actually demonstrating how the product would clean better than Vegeta's method (to destroy everything). Considering that the bathroom she was going to clean is now destroyed, it would be more fitting if she was holding up a brick and mortar...

The ad just made me want to buy another Vegeta Figure, not a cleaning spray. So it fails as an ad for Kao.

But as a Dragon Ball fan, who's seen literally every single media product this franchise has put out, I'd say this was still mildy entertaining.
