This was surprisingly... educational?

Although it have mild ecchi it's only goal is to show how sex works as a whole.

For someone written by a japanese man this deals with extremely sensistive topics to their society like all aspects of sex like threesomes, fetishes in general, abuse, cheating, even being transgender, all of them which are considered taboos even for today's standards, let alone in the 90s, when this started.

It also deals with all factors surrounding the sex, not only sex itself, like virginity, psychological factors, how sex is being a teenager and being past your 50s, and of course love.

The story is also quite ... pleasant, showing everyday stuff and how we should deal with it, in a very honest and easy to relate way.

Art is really 90ish, but really good, especially when it comes to the action.

I really wished i had a Futari Ecchi when i was a teenager and needed all of those advice when feeling insecure about sex. Give it a try.

This Manga is truly a Masterpiece , not because it is perverted but because it is educational , has a very good plot , Very good Romance , and lovable characters.

I really love how the Main characters solves their problems together , how they act like children when they are fighting, how the MC always restrains himself from the seductions of other girls , and their relationship with their families and friends.

My ratings for this!
Story: 10 - the story is just perfect , I really love the romance part
Art : 9 - because it's a little bit old but still ... great!
Characters : 10 - Loveable characters, the only one I didn't like is Makie , because she always try to seduce Makoto >:(
Enjoyment : 10! - I always smiled whenever I finished a chapter!
Overall : 10 - because it deserves it and it's very educational!

I hope to see more mangas/anime like this one with or without the sex scenes over all I'll give it a 10/10 !

Saying that this is hentai is like saying any movie with sex or boobs in it is porn. It astonishes me how prude people are in this day and age. This is why there needs to be more proper and realistic sexual education, and not only about the risks but mainly about how sex normally is conducted, men and women don't know anything about each others mind and body and when a man is expected to know exactly what to do he will take reference to the only sexual experience he has... porn. This is why the author (of the manga) created this series and ... this is why it is highly needed. Of course the manga can be arousing, and you shouldn't feel any shame for that. Because that is what happens when you develop on a sexual level. Sex is a very important part of life and there should be no shame for it, especially when you want to learn to understand and enjoy your own and your (future) partner sexuality.

I have read the manga with a female friend (we never had sex or were in any relationship other than very close friends before or after) when we were younger, we took notes and talked about it and learned a lot which I was grateful, because when I got in a relationship with my girlfriend, my gf and I were still virgins but we both actually enjoyed the first time we had sex and after several years our sex life and love for each other has only deepened and improved. I'm life long grateful to the manga and I have recommended to a lot of people I know.
