I really like this manga. I know it is nothing special and doesn't have much time to develop into much that is special, but it is the sort of thing I would have loved as a kid who didn't know they were trans yet.

The protagonist very much reads like a trans girl. The protagonist uses a glitch to play as a female character in the game and the character is what the protagonist thinks is an idealized version of themself. The story of a person who gets to become a female superhero in the real world and get a girlfriend thanks to playing an ... MMO makes it a wish fulfillment story for me.

Gender transformation manga are normally chock full of very uncomfortable tropes and being only 8 chapters long and cut short usually wouldn't prevent a gender transformation manga from having them. Trans Trans manages to avoid most of them.

A story about characters playing Virtual Reality games, wanting to be someone else. The characters play as the opposite gender and act as a different individual. In a sense, this manga portrays the disparity of the virtual world and real life. Many of us would escape reality in the world of games so we can be someone else, someone with the qualities which we ourselves wished to have.

A bit of drama is involved as it is revealed that the main characters know each other in real life, and is unaware of each other's identities. The girl in fact is mean to he boy in ... many occasions without thinking of the consequences of her actions. When the girl realises his identity, she needed to come to with the horrible way she had been treating the person she loves.

There is also a supernatural element involved, where the characters become their virtual characters in real life and can use their powers. This is ultimately unexplained as the manga is cut short.
