Zutaboro Reijou wa Ane no Moto Konyakusha ni Dekiai sareru (Betrothed to my Sister's Ex) light novel on Friday revealed additional cast, staff, theme songs, second key visual (pictured), and a second promotional video. The anime is scheduled to premiere on July 5 at 1:53 a.m. on MBS, TBS, and CBC, followed by BS-TBS.

Chikage Nakakura began drawing a manga adaptation on the Gaugau Monster website in July 2020. Futabasha shipped the eighth on December 25, with the ninth volume scheduled to go on sale on June 25.

Seven Seas Entertainment licensed both the light novel and manga in English on April 23. The manga's first volume is scheduled to release on January 20, 2026.
