Maid-sama! – Overrated and Underwhelming
I really tried to like Maid-sama!, but it just didn’t work for me. People say there’s a story but honestly, where is it? It felt like a repetitive cycle of forced romance and random “funny” moments that weren’t funny at all. The characters didn’t grow, and I didn’t feel any real emotional depth.
The main relationship felt unnatural, and Misaki’s attitude got annoying fast. I don’t get the hype it was boring, and honestly felt like a waste of time.
It was honestly a hard watch. The romance felt flat and predictable, and the jokes didn’t land. I kept hoping it would get better, but it never really did.
Not for me. Just boring and overhyped. 👎
